Children in Red Class at The Limes have been enjoying the introduction of Helicopter Stories. This exciting approach to storytelling gives children the opportunity to share their own ideas and narratives with their friends. The children have loved telling their stories and then coming together to perform them as a group.

As they acted out each story, children developed their confidence in speaking and listening, shared their imaginations, and worked collaboratively with their peers. It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm and creativity that children bring to their storytelling.

The children were also fascinated when they spotted the moon in the daytime sky. This sparked lots of discussion and curiosity about why we can see the moon at different times of the day. Together, the children shared their ideas and observations, encouraging early scientific thinking as they explored the world around them.
