Children in Red Class at The Limes Nursery have been settling into their daily routine and have been using the visual timetable to help them remember what happens throughout the day. This supports their confidence and independence as they become familiar with the structure of the nursery day.
The children have also been enjoying our core book, Walking Through the Jungle. Together, they have been thinking about the different animals they might discover in places around the world and talking about the features that make each animal unique. These conversations are helping to build children’s language skills, curiosity and understanding of the world around them.
We have loved spending time in our new garden. The children are showing increasing independence and confidence as they climb, balance and explore the outdoor environment. They have also enjoyed making marks in the sand, developing their creativity and early writing skills while experimenting with different patterns and movements.
