It has been great to have such good weather this term which has meant lots of playing outside in the garden. We have been going on bug hunts, creating new obstacle courses with the blocks and have begun to start planting in our allotment. We hope to have some yummy things to eat soon!
In this month’s newsletter, read about our World Book Day celebrations and the lovely visit from Year 3 children at St Werburgh’s Primary School who came and read books to our children. We also share highlights from our Eid Party and thank everyone who came to celebrate with us. You’ll find useful information about school place acceptances due by 30th April, details about our allotment project, and what the children will be learning next term including exploring ‘Nature Trail’ by Benjamin Zephaniah and ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ by Eric Carle. The newsletter also includes holiday activity ideas, important term dates and closure days, and a reminder about checking out the new CBeebies Parenting Channel.
