Bristol Family Hubs is running a free four-week Summer Parenting Puzzle group for parents of children aged 0 to 5 years old, taking place every Tuesday from 4th August to 25th August at St Anne’s Park Family Hub and Children’s Centre, BS4 4BJ.
Running from 9:30am to 11:30am, this relaxed and welcoming group offers parents a chance to meet others, take a well-deserved break during the summer holidays, and pick up helpful parenting tips along the way. After the session, families are welcome to stay and play in the outdoor space. Limited crèche space is available and the group itself is for adults only.
The four workshops cover a range of topics including understanding children’s behaviour, listening and communicating, praise and encouragement, child-led play, boundaries and parenting styles, dealing with stress and conflict, and looking after ourselves.
