Red Class at The Limes has had a fantastic week celebrating World Book Day, and it has been an absolute joy from start to finish!
The children have been so lucky to have lots of parents come in to share stories with the class this week. From planets and astronauts to mermaids, the range of books has been brilliant and the children have been completely captivated by every single one. It is such a special thing when families come in and share their love of stories, and it really does make a lasting impression on the children.
The dressing up has been a highlight too, with children coming in as their favourite book characters and proudly sharing who they had chosen. Seeing the children’s excitement and enthusiasm for stories and characters has been just wonderful.
