East Central Family Hub is offering a comprehensive programme of groups and support services for families across East and Central Bristol throughout the first quarter of 2026.
The family hub network operates from multiple locations and their programme includes a wide range of activities designed to support families from pregnancy through to when children start school.
Parents and carers can access Baby Hub sessions, Stay and Play groups, and specialist support, including breastfeeding peer support and infant feeding advice. There are also groups specifically for young parents, families with twins or multiples, and children with additional needs through the Rainbow Group sessions.
The family hub offers several evidence-based parenting programmes, including Welcome to the World for expectant parents, the Nurturing Programme, Parenting Puzzle, Toddler Incredible Years, and Circle of Security.
Additional support includes ESOL conversation groups, community adult learning in English and Maths, Rockabye groups for new mothers, and health and social care training opportunities. Many sessions require booking, whilst others operate as drop-in sessions.
The full timetable is available below, detailing all sessions, locations, times, and booking requirements for the January to March 2026 period. Families can book parenting courses by scanning the QR code on the timetable or by emailing ECFH@bristol.gov.uk.
