Central Bristol Nursery School Federation is seeking dedicated governors to join their governing body and support excellence in early years education across their settings.
The Role of School Governors
School governors are responsible for overseeing the management side of schools, focusing on strategy, policy, budgeting, and staffing. Governors work alongside senior leaders, supporting teachers to provide excellent education to children in their early years.
The governing body works closely with the Head Teacher and school staff to promote high standards at each of the settings within the Federation. The board’s role is to act as a critical friend to the Leadership team and to oversee the strategic vision of the schools.
Making a Difference in Early Years Education
This is an opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of quality early years provision and to support the educational outcomes for children across Central Bristol Nursery School Federation.
The governing body always welcomes new members who are passionate about early years education and committed to supporting excellence in nursery provision.
